Elizabeth Warren, the Democratic candidate for U.S. Senate in Massachusetts, doesn't walk to talk about her claims of Indian ancestry.

The Boston Herald asked Warren about her alleged Cherokee ancestry at the 2012 Democratic National Convention yesterday. She is unable to document her Indian roots.

“I’ve answered those questions, what I’m here to talk about (is) what’s happening to America’s working class families,” Warren told the paper.

National Congress of American Indians when he was running for president in 2004, also avoided the issue.

“I’m not getting into that,” Dean told the paper.

Warren will receive significant exposure at the DNC tonight. She is introducing former president Bill Clinton.
