The Kickapoo Tribe of Kansas is offering a $10,000 reward for information about a series of fires on the reservation. Two fires were set on Tuesday night and another two on Wednesday night. One of the fires completely destroyed a barn and some farm machinery at the tribal farm, causing $500,000 in damage.
