Officers won't face charges for Little Earth incident

Two Minneapolis police officers won't face charges for the alleged mistreatment of a man at the Little Earth Indian housing complex.

Juan T. Vasquez was arrested at the complex by two officers. They were seen on videotape bumping into Vasquez before placing him in the back of a squad car with the windows rolled up. The temperature on the day of the May 16 incident was 81 degrees and the air conditioner wasn't turned on in the car.

The two officers have been on desk duty since the incident.
