Two longtime police lieutenants were placed on leave following allegations of brutality at an Indian housing complex, The Minneapolis Star Tribune reports.
The alleged victim is a man who was involved in a fight at the Little Earth housing complex on May 26. Police responded to the fight and somehow Juan T. Vasquez ended up unconscious in the back of a squad car with the windows rolled up, his father said.
The incident was videotaped and is being reviewed. A news conference is being held this morning to discuss the allegations.
