Several Washington lobbying firms reported increases in revenue of more than 20 percent in 2005, The Hill reports.

Number one on the list of firms was Patton Boggs, which reported $37 million in revenues, up from $31 million in 2004. Number two was Cassidy & Associates, with $28.34 million in revenues, followed by Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld, with $28.58 million.

Also landing in the top 10 was Barbour Griffith & Rogers, which saw a 32 percent growth last year, reporting revenues of $19 million. Holland & Knight, the firm that employs former Sen. Ben Nighthorse Campbell (R-Colorado), reported $13.2 million in revenues.

All lobbying firms were required to disclose their revenues under the Lobbying Disclosure Act by midnight last night, The Hill reported.
