Rep. Denny Rehberg (R-Montana) announced on plan on Monday to combat the growing methamphetamine problem in Montana, including the state's reservation.

Rehberg said it was easier to get meth on some reservations than marijuana. He plans to seek $124 million to help communities in the state fight the problem.

The plan also calls for stronger border controls.
