Local businesses expect to benefit as the Suquamish Tribe of Washington embarks on a casino expansion project. The tribe is building a conference space that will turn the Suquamish Clearwater Casino Resort into the largest convention center in the region. A 100-room hotel will bring the total number of rooms at the facility to nearly 200 and there will be space to add another 100 rooms in the future.
