The Redding
Rancheria of California broke ground on a $40 million casino expansion project on Wednesday.
The project includes an 84-room hotel, an outdoor swimming pool, an arcade, a fitness center and a 3,929-square-foot spa.
The Win-River Casino is also getting an addition with a new food and bar area.
The hotel is expected to open in February 2014.
