The Mohegan Tribe of
Connecticut added to its gaming empire by agreeing to manage a casino in Atlantic City, New Jersey
The theme of the Resorts Casino Hotel, the
oldest gaming facility in Atlantic City, will remain the 1920s.
It likely won't get the "Mohegan Sun" name that's on the tribe's facilities in Connecticut and Pennsylvania, The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.
"The timing is right," Mohegan Tribal Gaming
Authority CEO Mitchell Etess said in a
press release.
