The Seneca Nation will break ground on a permanent $130 million casino in downtown Buffalo, New York.
The Seneca Buffalo Creek Casino has been operating out of temporary building. Plans for a permanent facility were put off due to economic concerns.
The project is now back on track. The facility will be smaller than envisioned but it's due to open late next year.
