The Seneca Nation plans to open a gas station and convenience store at its casino in Niagara Falls.
The Seneca Gaming Corporation solicited bids for the project. The Niagara Falls Reporter wasn't able to determine whether anyone replied.
The tribe opened the Seneca Niagara Casino & Hotel on restricted fee property. The land was acquired in connection with a land claim settlement.
The tribe signed a Class III gaming compact that was "deemed approved" by the Bush administration.
