The Aquinnah
Wampanoag Tribe will discuss plans for a casino in Freetown, Massachusetts.
The tribe has scheduled two public forums on May 7 and May 8. Two additional forums will be held if necessary, The Taunton Daily Gazette reported.
The town has scheduled a May 29 referendum to determine if residents want a casino. The referendum is not binding on the tribe, whose leaders are also considering two other locations for a casino.
