Officials in Fall River, Massachusetts, are still pushing for the sale of land to the Mashpee Wampanoag
Tribe.
The city wants to sell 300 acres to the tribe for a casino. But the $21 million land deal has been held up in the state court system.
City officials will meet tomorrow to discuss their next step in the case. An appeal to a higher state court is expected.
The tribe has already amended its land-into-trust application to include the Fall River site.
