According to the Office of Governor Thomas Moquino Jr. of Kewa (Santo Domingo Pueblo), a COVID-19 positive case has been reported “for a patient living in a neighboring community” to the tribe’s reservation in New Mexico.
“This case represents the only positive case identified at SDHC, and the appropriate officials and corresponding healthcare facility of this community have been duly notified,” a post on the Santo Domingo Health Center’s social media page reads.
“Out of 18 tests performed at our facility, NO POSITIVE TEST RESULTS HAVE BEEN IDENTIFIED FOR PATIENTS/RESIDENTS OF THE SANTO DOMINGO PUEBLO,” the post continues.
