We do not want to have another large surge in COVID-19 cases here on the Navajo Nation. We also continue to encourage our people to get vaccinated and receive the booster shots. We are in this together and we must continue to support one another through this pandemic,” said Navajo Nation President Jonathan Nez.
Health care facilities on the Navajo Nation continue to administer COVID-19 vaccines. If you would like to receive one of the COVID-19 vaccines, please contact your health care provider and schedule an appointment.
“As you enjoy the weekend with your friends and family, please remember the men and women who are working in our health care facilities to save lives. We can help and support them by taking precautions and keeping ourselves safe from COVID-19. Please be safe and keep praying for our people and our Nation,” said Vice President Myron Lizer.
