The Senate Committee on Indian Affairs will hold an oversight hearing Wednesday on the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act.

Acting assistant secretary Aurene Martin and George Skibine, head of the Bureau of Indian Affairs Office of Indian Gaming Management, are slated to testify for the Department of Interior. Tribal leaders are also on the agenda.

The hearing is the second the committee has held this session. Phil Hogen, chairman of the National Indian Gaming Commission, testified at the first, which was held in May.

The hearing will begin at 10 a.m. A live video feed can be found at http://indian.senate.gov.
