A hearing will be held tomorrow to address a federal judge's ruling on voting rights affecting the Fort Belknap Reservation.

U.S. District Judge Philip Pro ruled that Native voting rights were being unfairly denied in Blaine County. So he ordered the creation of three commissioner districts, one of which has a 90 percent Indian population.

According to The Great Falls Tribune, the county will now ask Pro to block a September 19 primary for the district.
