WEDNESDAY, JUNE 5, 2002 A federal judge has approved a new voting map for a Montana county. The map creates three Blaine County districts, one of which is 90 percent Native and another 40 percent. The final is 10 percent Indian. The county encompasses parts of the Fort Belknap Reservation. Get the Story:
