Friday, January 23, 2004

The Lumbee Supreme Court will hold a preliminary hearing to consider the tribal administrator's claim of wrongful termination.

Leon Jacobs, the manager for the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation of Connecticut, is serving as interim administrator until he is approved by the Lumbee council.
