The chairman of the Kickapoo Tribe of Oklahoma says he won't give up his post until an election board judge certifies that he was recalled.

Tribal members voted 168 to 150 on Saturday to recall Tony Salazar. He says his opponents made false claims against him, including embezzlement from tribal businesses.

The chairman of Kickapoos for Honest Government said documents showing a loss in profits from the tribe's casino have been given to the FBI.
