Calif. tribal leader thrilled with votes in recall

The little known leader of a little known California tribe received 5,745 votes in the state's recall election on Tuesday.

Chairman David "Laughing Horse" Robinson told The Washington Post he was happy with his showing "considering I spent less than 15 cents per vote." Of the 135 candidates on the ballot, Robinson ranked 15th.
