Members of the
Shoshone-Bannock Tribes
of Idaho participated in a ceremonial hunt on the
National Elk Refuge
in Wyoming.
This was the sixth annual hunt for the tribe. Members took five bison this season, The Jackson Hole Daily reported.
The tribe hunt in the refuge under an agreement with the
U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service
