Wilfred Keeble named as interim chair of Crow Creek Sioux Tribe





The Crow Creek Sioux Tribe of South Dakota has named Wilfred Keeble as interim chairman.

Keeble replaces Duane Big Eagle Sr., who was convicted of bribery charges last week. Tribal law required his removal.

The tribal council will meet next week to discuss the next steps for choosing a permanent chairman.
