A trial into a shooting during last year's Lakota Nation Invitational in South Dakota entered its second day on Wednesday.
Shane Bordeaux, 20, was shot three times outside the Rushmore Plaza Civic Center Ice
Arena on December 16, the opening day of the basketball tournament. Simon
Torres, 20, is the alleged gunman.
Two witnesses said they saw Torres shoot Bordeaux. Joel Little, 21, admitted he supplied the gun used during the incident. The gun had been kept at the home of Talano War Bonnet, 20.
Little has pleaded guilty as an accessory to aggravated assault and is serving five years. War Bonnet was not charged in connection with the shooting.
Bordeaux testified on Tuesday. He is related to Little but the two were apparently not friendly.
