They are: 1) Approval of a vice chairman for the committee; and 2) S.462, the Shoshone-Paiute Tribes of the Duck Valley Reservation Water Rights Settlement. Sen. Lisa Murkowski (R-Alaska) has been acting as vice chairman since the death of Sen. Craig Thomas (R-Wyoming) in June. [Agenda].
