The House Interior Appropriations subcommittee is holding a hearing tomorrow afternoon on the fiscal year 2008 budget request for the Bureau of Indian Affairs and the Office of the Special Trustee.
Associate deputy secretary Jim Cason and Special Trustee Ross Swimmer are expected to testify. Newly confirmed assistant secretary Carl Artman is not on the witness list.
The hearing takes place at 3pm in Room B-308 of the Rayburn House Office Building. There is no Internet broadcast from the room.
