Two months after losing the November election, Tex Hall is still fighting for his job as chairman of the Mandan, Hidatsa and Arikara Nation of North Dakota.

In seeking his this term as chairman, Hall lost to Marcus Wells Jr. by over 200 votes. But he alleges casino money was used to buy votes for his rival.
