A new generation of tourists is become welcomed to Acoma Pueblo in New Mexico.
The tribe recently opened the Sky City Cultural Center and Haak'u Museum. The $15 million, 40,000-square-foot facility serves as a visitors' center and a repository for tribal culture.
At the center, visitors can learn more about Acoma pottery, food and arts. Tribal members can take classes in Keres, the tribal language.
The pueblo sits atop a 357-foot high mesa. About 40 people live year round in the village, which has no running water or electricity.
