A Creek Nation judge ordered the tribe's citizenship board to consider the applications of two Creek Freedmen.

Fred Johnson and Ron Graham have applied for citizenship several times over the years. They say they are being rejected even though their ancestors appear on the Dawes Roll.

Judge Patrick Moore didn't order the men to be enrolled but said the board has to hold an open hearing on the applications.
