An 18-year-old male student at Southwestern Indian Polytechnic Institute has been charged with rape.
Waylan Martine was arrested after a female SIPI student was found lying on the ground unconscious. She recovered and said the last thing she remembered was drinking with Martine.
The female student was found early Saturday morning.
