Ten candidates are seeking election as president of the Navajo Nation, the largest tribe in the country.
Incumbent Joe Shirley Jr. is seeking re-election. His vice president, Frank Dayish Jr., is also seeking the job.
Other candidates include Jon Reeves, James Henderson Jr., Ernest Harry Begay, Harrison Todacheene, Calvin Tsosie Sr., Hoskie Bryant, Lynda Lovejoy and Wilbur Nelson Jr.
Vern Lee filed for election but his been disqualified because he doesn't live within reservation boundaries. He is appealing.
