Police in Farmington, New Mexico, are investigating an apparent suicide at Navajo Prep, a Bureau of Indian Affairs school.
The female student was found at the school early Monday morning. She was pronounced dead after being transported to a regional hospital.
This is the second student death at Navajo Prep in recent months. A 17-year-old male student committed suicide last October.
A counselor later said most students at the school are suffering from depression.
