Another dean at the troubled First Nations University of Canada has been fired.
The removal of Dawn Tato, the dean of the Regina campus, the latest in a series of firings. Winona Wheeler, the dean of the Saskatoon campus, was removed earlier this month, and
Wes Stephenson, the vice president of administration, was recently fired. Other employees have been suspended.
The university board said it is trying to clear up financial and management issues.
But some students and faculty say tribal leaders in Saskatchewan are making decisions based on politics.
