Ousted Redding Rancheria members head to forum
Thursday, May 19, 2005

A family recently ousted from the Redding Rancheria in northern California is headed to a tribal disenrollment forum in southern California.

Seventy-six members of the Foreman family were kicked out of the tribe in the last two years. The tribe said they could not document their connections to the original members of the rancheria.

Bob Foreman said he and 10 relatives will attend the forum Saturday, organized by John Gomez Jr., whose large family was kicked out of the Pechanga Band of Luiseno Indians.
