The Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians is holding a technology conference next week, where plans for a technological industrial park will be announced.
The tribe is using the 2005 Choctaw TechVantage Conference on May 2-3 to highlight the reservation as a place to locate businesses. The planned Choctaw Tech Parc, a 150-acre complex, is part of the tribe's strategy to attract industry partners.
The conference takes place at tribe's casino resort.
