The Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians is opening a new high-tech manufacturing plant on the reservation.
The tribe partnered with AAI Corp. to relocate the company from southern California to Mississippi. The tribe already has a background in manufacturing.
The venture will create additional jobs. The plant is set to open next month with new product lines expected by the summer.
