The Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community of Minnesota is considering building a wastewater treatment plant that will benefit the area.
The idea has the city of Prior Lake excited about partnering with the tribe. Both the city and the tribe could save costs, an administrator said.
The tribe operates a casino in Prior Lake.
