The Fallon Paiute-Shoshone Tribe of Nevada has scheduled a new election because the previous one was nullified.
Tribal members complained about the way the September 25 election was held. The results were thrown out due to a technicality.
The council agreed to the new election on February 12. But former candidates for office say the council needs to be open to compromise.
