The Coquille Tribe of Oregon held its second annual youth golf clinic this past Friday, drawing triple the turnout of last year.
Nearly 125 youth turned out for the event, designed to keep kids active. Nike's Native American Employee Network sponsored the event, provided employee volunteers, golf gear and 12 scholarships to the Nike Concordia Golf Camp near Portland, Oregon.
The tribe also bought two more scholarships to send kids to the camp.
