A Canadian man turned himself in after being charged with burning down the home of Kanesatake Mohawk First Nation Grand Chief James Gabriel.
Joseph Daye, 39, is charged with intentionally causing damage by fire or explosion. He allegedly helped set fire to Gabriel's home in January in a dispute over law enforcement on the reserve. Gabriel says he is trying to clamp down on crime.
