The
Stillaguamish Tribe is gearing up for a major expansion of its casino in Washington.
The tribe will spend $60 million to update the
Angel Of The Winds Casino
Resort, The Everett Herald reported. Plans call for a larger gaming floor, a new restaurant, a new buffet and other amenities.
“We think it’s going to be a game changer for our property,” assistant general manager Jeff Wheatley, told The Herald. “We think we’re on the cusp of becoming a major resort.”
The last major expansion at the casino was the
addition of a hotel in 2014.
