Tachi Yokut Tribe offers cheap gas and gaming machines at convenience store

The Tachi Yokut Tribe is promising the "cheapest gas in town" at its new convenience store in California.

Yokut Gas at the Tachi Palace Hotel and Casino in Lenmore features 24 gas pumps and two electric charging stations, according to news reports. There are also some slot machines inside the convenience store.

“With the Yokut Gas, we will have the cheapest gas in the Valley and we welcome all travelers from all over that come to visit the Palace,” general manager Willie Barrios said at the grand opening celebration on Friday, The Hanford Sentinel reported.

The tribe has other projects in the works too. A family-friendly entertainment center, featuring a movie theater, bowling alley and arcade, is due to open at the casino later this year.
