Anticipation continues to build as the Cowlitz Tribe prepares to open a long-awaited casino in Washington. The ilani Casino Resort is set to debut in late April. It will feature four dining options: Rose & Thorn and Longhouse, in addition to the recently announced Michael Jordan’s Steak House and Line & Lure Seafood Kitchen and Tap. “The addition of these two restaurants allows us the ability to have something for everyone at ilani. Both dining options boast impressive menus with unique flavors and we are excited to welcome them to the property,” Kara Fox LaRose, a citizen of the Mohegan Tribe who serves as general manager of ilani, said in a press release. The facility is located in Ridgefield, Washington. It's the closest tribal casino to Portland, Oregon. Read More on the Story:
