Prairie Island Indian Community puts casino name on new project

The Prairie Island Indian Community has entered into a naming rights and sponsorship deal for a well-known building in St. Paul, Minnesota.

The newly-christened Treasure Island Center located at a former Macy's department store in the city's downtown. It's being redeveloped and will include office and retail space, along with a practice ice rink for the Minnesota Wild professional hockey team.

The building is about 37 miles from Treasure Island Resort and Casino.
