One reported dead in Citizen Potawatomi Nation casino shooting

According to news reports, the shooting occurred in the administrative offices of the Grand Casino Hotel Resort at around 7am on Tuesday morning. One employee died and a second has been hospitalized, The Oklahoman reported.

In an update, the tribe identified the employees as Matt Palmer, 22, and Justin Wells, 28. Palmer was the one who died.

Initial reports indicated the shooting was a murder-suicide, but authorities are still investigating. Initial reports also indicated two people died at the casino but that wasn't the case.
