Grande Ronde leaders have changed their mind and won't try to prevent a fellow tribe from joining the Indian gaming industry.

The amount shared in 2015 was 1.8 percent lower than the year prior as some tribes saw declines in their net wins.

The United Auburn Indian Community, the owners of a successful gaming facility, is fighting the new development.

The Porterville Recorder: 'We feel the tribe has been a good steward of its profits from the casino and has in the past and we expect will in the future, continue to invest in its people and the community.'
