An Alabama man turned himself in to the Poarch Band of Creek Indians in connection with a shooting at one of the tribe's casinos. Joseph Terry Grubbs, 52, is charged with first degree assault and shooting into an occupied vehicle, according to news reports. Authorities say he shot someone in the parking garage of the Wind Creek Casino and Hotel in Wetumpka early Saturday morning, The victim was in stable condition after being treated at an area hospital, according to news reports.
