Three employees of a casino owned by the Wyandotte Nation of Oklahoma are credited with saving a patron's life.

The security guards at the Wyandotte Nation Casino administered cardiopulmonary resuscitation and used an automated external defibrillator to revive Paul Canter, who had fallen unconscious on March 19, The Miami News-Record reported. Darrell Robinson, Jessie Brewer and Chris Bradley had received CPR and AED training as part of their jobs, the paper said.

"Any kind of situation that comes up, the first thing you have to do is to assess the situation," Robinson, who is the casino's security supervisor, told the paper.

Emergency management service employees from the Quapaw Tribe transported Canter to a local hospital after he was revived, the paper reported.
