Police officers for the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe in Minnesota made a series of drug-related arrests at the tribe's casino. Anthony Steven Kalland, 35, was charged with felony third-degree possession of drugs, two gross misdemeanor counts of a felon possessing ammunition and a firearm and misdemeanor of fleeing from a peace officer, The Brainerd Dispatch reported. Tribal police found him at the Grand Casino Mille Lacs in Onamia with methamphetamine and a gun, which he allegedly used to threaten another patron. Two more arrests occurred on Monday. Marcus William Boyd, 24, was charged with felony fifth-degree drug possession and pharmacy possession of a hypodermic syringe and Rikki Lorraine Skog, 27, was charged with felony fifth-degree drug possession and misdemeanor of driving without a valid license, the Dispatch reported.
