The Northern Arapaho Tribe of Wyoming is on track to complete work on a casino expansion project next month.

The Wind River Hotel and Casino is getting a 36,000 square-foot kitchen and food court. The facility will be adding several dining options, including pizza and barbecue, and will be able to seat over 300 people -- more than twice the number right now.

The tribe is also adding two meeting rooms and a board room to the casino. After a soft opening in May, a grand opening will be held on June 12, County 10 reported.
